Stewart Innes worked on an asignment for the AP in Mali studiyng agricultural policies, agricultural techniques and world market policies and their impact of food and capital crop production in Africa. One agricultural official in Mali (photographed among corn stalks) said that with proper policies, fair market forces and sound production practices, Mali alone could feed the whole of Africa. There is absolutely NO NEED FOR STARVATION IN AFRICA. All hunger in Africa is man made and the result of bad policy.
